Most carpet manufacturers recommend carpet cleaning to be carried out every six to twelve months. This may be required more often in very busy areas. Here particles of soil deposited on carpet fibres can cause gradual but significant dulling of delicate colours; the colour isn’t lost but is hidden under the film. If this type of soil is allowed to accumulate, it begins to attract and hold the dry soil. This is the reason cleaning is so important when dulling of the colour is first noticed; if allowed to remain too long, it becomes ground in and difficult to remove.

Liability Insurance
We have both public and product liability insurance cover. The minimum amount of cover provided is no less than £5 million, and cover includes the items being cleaned. Copies of our liability insurance can be provided on request along with Risk Assessments and Method statements which are completed for every product and treatment to ensure only the recommended and appropriate carpet cleaning methods are applied to your carpets.
